Alpha Disposals - Recycling and Disposals
Equipment that is not suitable for remarketing will be sent for recycling. Any item within the goods that is deemed worthy of investigation for hazardous material will be checked to identify the type of hazard contained.
We have an arrangement with several companies who can process the item to remove the hazard or recycle the item safely. These companies all adhere to ICER Codes of Best Practice. We require a report from the sub-contractor for each item processed detailing what has happened to the item. If the hazard can be removed, it is, and the item is then returned to normal stock.
The units will be examined for component recovery and then dismantled accordingly. The various residual materials are sent for recycling to authorised treatment centres that hold the necessary waste management licences. All CRT's are sent to a recycler that holds not only a waste management licence but is accredited by ICER. Certificates of destruction are available on request.
Our services include:

- Detailed summary of equipment destination, for your WEEE compliance: Make, Model, Serial No., Status
